This website uses no cookies, no tracking pixels, and no analytics tools. All fonts are self-hosted. No data is transmitted to Google, Facebook, or any other advertising network.

Data processing occurs exclusively in the following contexts:

• Website hosting (via Vercel)
• Chat widget (data processing via our own N8N server)
• Contact via email or WhatsApp

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you access this website, technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically stored in server log files. This data is required for the technical operation of the website.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the stable provision of the website).

Vercel processes data in the USA. The data transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. For more information, please refer to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

4. Chat Widget

This website features a chat widget that allows you to communicate directly with us. Its use is voluntary and requires an active action on your part (opening the chat window and entering a message).

Data processed: Your chat message, a randomly generated session ID (no cookie), timestamp, page context (which page you are visiting).

Processing: The data is sent to our own N8N automation server, hosted by Contabo GmbH (Aschauer Strasse 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany). The server is located in Germany.

Data storage: Chat histories may be temporarily stored in Google Sheets (Google LLC, USA) in order to track and respond to enquiries. The data transfer to Google is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Data is deleted after the enquiry has been processed, no later than 90 days.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to customer enquiries) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

5. Contact via Email / WhatsApp

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, the data you provide (name, email address, message content) will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Please note that WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) has its own privacy policy, over which we have no influence.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses no cookies and no tracking technologies. No analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), no remarketing pixels, and no social media plugins are used. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Fonts (Plus Jakarta Sans, Inter) are served locally from our own server — there is no connection to Google Fonts or other external font services.
